Convened each year by Dr Jack Kreindler and Dr Vernon Bainton, the Summit brings together a deliberately curated community of clinicians, scientists, technologists, policymakers, investors and innovators. Not to talk at each other, but to think together.

Each year’s theme sits at the sharpest edge of where health is heading next.

  • In 2024, we explored how GLP-1 medicines were reshaping the future of healthcare and society.

  • In 2025, we examined whether precision medicine, artificial intelligence and regulatory change could simultaneously revolutionise and re-humanise care.

  • And 2026’s theme, REDRAWING THE BORDERS OF [OUR] NATURE, will unpack solving disease, ending ageing, outwitting entropy, and caring for human life in an age of biological, algorithmic and geopolitical risk.

What makes Leaders in Health different is what happens between the sessions: the candid hallway conversations, the moments of genuine disagreement, and the ideas that only emerge when the right people are finally in the same room.

With just 150 seats and an invite-led format, this is not a conventional conference. It is a community whose influence extends far beyond the day itself, shaping thinking, forging collaborations and accelerating ideas that genuinely matter.

  • Dr Vernon Bainton

    CO-CHAIR

    Vernon Bainton brings over 25 years’ experience at the forefront of healthcare communications, leading the scientific function at Havas Lynx Group as Chief Medical Officer.

    Passionate about applying creativity to medicine, he combines deep medico-strategic expertise with a drive to redefine how health is communicated and understood, helping shape Leaders in Health as a platform where bold ideas and real-world impact meet.

  • Marje Isabelle

    EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

    Marje Isabelle brings a powerful blend of lived experience and over two decades in non-profit leadership to Leaders in Health. With a background spanning charity and NHS management, and as a patient advocate across cancer and menopause, she lays the foundations that enable the Summit to come to life.

    Overseeing operations, fundraising, and governance, Marje ensures the conditions are in place for a seamless, human-centred experience where bold ideas and meaningful connections can emerge.
